Kolkata conference on BIMST-EC

Dear SAF Colleagues,
It was wonderful to meet SAF Alumni from India Mr. Rishi Gupta as I was
participating in a conference on BIMST-EC held in Kolkata (March 11-13th).
He was SAF Madanjeet scholar at Pondicherry University from 2010-2012 and is
now doing his M.Phil at the Institute of Foreign Policy Studies in Kolkata.

Our students are slowly coming up in their respective fields. I am sure each
one of you who have done so much of effort in selecting and sending them or
teaching them feel proud of these smiling young faces.
