Excellency, Ambassador Madanjeet Singh,

My name is R.A.D. Sahan Uditha Chathuranga, from Sri Lanka and I was lucky enough to get selected to complete my higher studies through the SAF scholarship program and I hope to make the best use of this.

I really appreciate the way all of us are guided and looked after. And I got the opportunity to make friends from the neighbouring countries and to
realize how much we have in common.

I am really very grateful to Excellency, Ambassador Singh and SAF for making this possible.
