Meeting with Dr. Roland Silva, Chancellor and Prof. Malik Ranasinghe, Vice-Chancellor of Moratuwa University

Accordingly next morning, before the departure of Ambassador Madanjeet Singh and Mme France Marquet for Delhi, Dr Roland Silva, Chancellor and Prof. Malik Ranasinghe, Vice- Chancellor of Moratuwa University met with them. The Vice-Chancellor stated that as a meeting of the Moratuwa University Council is scheduled on 4th November, he would submit a MoU draft on the model of the MoUs that SAF has already signed with other institutions of excellence.

Ambassador Madanjeet Singh invited Prof. Ranasinghe to personally bring the draft MoU to Delhi so that it could be placed for the approval of SAF Governing Council meeting in New Delhi on 21 November 2009.
