Prof. NTS Wijesekera, Director of the UNESCO Madanjeet Centre for South Asia Water Management at Moratuwa, Sri Lanka participated and gave a presentation at the conference on “Disaster Management: Experience Sharing from South and Southeast Asia” organized by Consortium of South Asian Think-Tanks (COSATT) in Bangkok on Aug. 20-21. 2015. He spoke in detail about the scholarships being provided by SAF to South Asian students at the Centre.
