In a momentous gathering aimed at fostering global collaboration and intellectual growth, Madam France Marquet, the Principal Trustee of the Madanjeet Singh Foundation (MSF), and Mr. Tim curtis, Director and Representative for the UNESCO Regional office for South Asia (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Maldives and Sri Lanka) met with the current batch of scholars and Prof. Arun Prasath, Director of UMSGET (UNESCO Madanjeet Singh School of Green Energy Technologies), on Tuesday.

The meeting was held at the UMSGET campus, where the dignitaries meet with scholars from diverse backgrounds. The discussions centered around the critical role of education in addressing global challenges, with a focus on sustainable development, cultural integration, and innovation.

Prof. Arun Prasath, in his address, emphasized the importance of partnerships between institutions like UNESCO and MSF in empowering the next generation of leaders. “This collaboration is a testament to our shared vision of creating a sustainable and inclusive world through education and global dialogue,” he stated.

Madame France Marquet praised the dedication of the scholars and highlighted MSF’s commitment to supporting transformative education initiatives. “Our scholars represent the future, and through platforms like this, we aim to equip them with the tools to lead and innovate,” she remarked.

Mr. Tim Curtis underscored UNESCO’s mission to promote international collaboration in education, science, and culture. “Meeting these bright minds reaffirms our belief in the power of education as a catalyst for change. The synergy between UNESCO, MSF, and UMSGET serves as a model for global partnerships,” he noted.

The event concluded with an interactive session where scholars shared their experiences and aspirations, receiving valuable insights and encouragement from the distinguished guests. The meeting marked a significant step in strengthening ties between educational and cultural institutions on global scale.
