Mr. Dhendup Tshering takes over as new Programme Director of UMCSAFS

Mr. Dhendup Tshering has appointed as a new Program Director of  UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Centre for South Asia Forestry Studies (UMCSAFS). He was previously working as Chief of Trashing Forest Division.
