Attached is a latest beautiful photo of Ms. Mingmar Sherpa, former SAF-Nepal scholar and Mr. Indrajee De Souza, former SAF-Sri Lanka scholar with their child. They were together at the UMISARC, Pondicherry for their Masters. How time flies! I feel it was just yesterday that I explained to Mingmar about the SAF-Madanjeet scholarships and the course structure at Pondicherry university.
