Anarkali gets UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Prize

SAF-Afghanistan organized an appreciation ceremony for Anarkali Honaryar, one of the two laureates of the UNESCO-Madanjeet Singh prize for the Promotion of Tolerance and non-violence in 2011.

The high ranking officials of ministry of women, Human Right Organization, Members of Civil Society, Some Member of parliament (Both upper house and lower house members), H.E Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen minister of information and culture and SAF-Afghanistan Chairman, Prof. Omara Khan Masoudi SAF-Vice chairman were  key members of the ceremony.

The ceremony started with the welcoming speech by Prof. Omara Khan Masoudi, and the Video Speech by H.E Madanjeet Singh on the occasion of 2011 UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Tolerance and Non Violence Prize award to Anarkali Honaryar and Khaled Abu Awwad, was also shown to the audience.

The ceremony was arranged by the SAF-Afghanistan Chapter where the participants were served with food and ended up with the live concert in the honor of Ms.Anarkali Honaryar.
