Visit to the Secretary General of SAARC

Mr Nishchal N. Pandey Vice Chairman SAF Nepal paid a courtesy call on the first lady Secretary General of SAARC H.E. Fathimath Dhiyana Saeed. She has just assumed office and is from Maldives. On the occasion. I presented her the classic book “Himalayan Art” by Ambassador Madanjeet Singh.
