In an exciting development for the art community, two exceptional scholars from the Beaconhouse National University's (BNU) UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Institute for South Asian Arts (UMISAA) have been selected to exhibit their work at the prestigious Armory Show in New York. The selected artists, Ayesha Sultana from Bangladesh and T. Vinoja from Sri Lanka, represent the growing influence of South Asian art on the global stage.
Ayesha Sultana, an alumna of the inaugural UMISAA batch, and T. Vinoja, currently enrolled in the Master's program, have been recognized for their remarkable contributions to contemporary art.
