Signing of the MoU between Prof Salima Hashmi, SAF Pakistan chairperson, Mr Sartaj Aziz, Vice chancellor Beaconhouse National University, Lahore, Pakistan and Madanjeet Singh UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, founder of South Asia Foundation, for the new Madanjeet Singh Institute of South Asian Arts in Lahore (Pakistan).

Academic Activities of Institute of Kashmir Studies
The Institute of Kashmir Studies was initially established in April 2006 as Centre for Kashmir Studies. In the month of November 2007 the University of Kashmir signed an MoU with South Asia Foundation (SAF).
