Patil currently Adjunct Professor, Centre for Indic Studies, University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, US and Honorary Director, Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Political Studies, has distinguished academic career. Author of numerous research papers and reviews which have appeared in learned journals Prof. Patil has various books to his credit.
