Dear SAF Colleagues,

We are saddened to hear this shocking news. SAF Bhutan too joins our SAF family in conveying our sincere condolences to Madam France and His Excellency's family. It is indeed a great loss to the world in general and to the SAF family in particular. His dedication and contribution to the people of South Asia will be remembered and we rededicate to carry forward his dreams. May his soul rest in peace.
